landlord on a case-by-case basis.
7. No painting or wallpapering of the walls is allowed
without the landlord's prior consent.
8. No changes may be made to the landscaping of the
property without prior approval from the
landlord.
9. No subletting, no Airbnb (or similar services); no
short-term rentals.
10. The tenant must return the property in the same state
of cleanliness (normal wear and tear
excepted) as at the beginning of the lease.
11. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the
tenant MUST allow ALL visit requests for prospective new
tenants, with 48 hours' notice. The same applies to visits
from potential buyers if the property is listed for sale
during the lease term.
