According to data compiled by the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (\u00a0QPAREB<\/a>), 8,891 transactions were recorded in the province of Quebec in February 2022, a decrease of 15 per cent. Active listings are down 23 per cent and new listings declined by 5 per cent compared to February 2021.<\/p>\n

Plexes saw the largest increase in the median price, up by 31 per cent. Signe-family homes follow closely with a 26 per cent increase and prices for condominiums are up 20 per cent.<\/p>\n
